In this course you will discover beliefs that you have accepted precisely because of the family into which you were born. You will let go of beliefs that no longer serve you, and come to better know, recognize and accept yourself, and lead a freer existence. You will become able to more completely love and accept yourself.

 

Through better understanding the beliefs and programs of family and ancestors—we can free ourselves from various obligations and duties that were never ours to begin with, and formulate a new sense of identity and direction in life based on our own true goals and aspirations.

 

This course uses the basic tools of the ThetaHealing® Technique to address a host of issues related to family. In the process a number of innovative exercises are introduced. Areas of focus include:

 

• Clearing resentments toward your parents

• Identifying energetic patterns in your family and clearing family issues

• Recollecting your intention in having been born into this world, and in choosing your particular family

• Integration with the higher self

 

By discovering your family tree and lineage, you will see family patterns that are passed down to you through your ancestors.  By clearing and releasing the blocks and beliefs, you can break free from those patterns and cycles and move forward in a new way, a way full of unconditional love.  As you discover the family patterns, you will have developed an understanding to how and why you are who you are.  This is a dynamic class focused on the family.
